Nicolas Hernadez

Nicolás Hernandez, age 69, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 28, 2019, at the VA hospital in Dallas, Texas. He was born December 7th, 1949, in Munday, to Manuel Hernandez and Angelita Garcia. He was raised in Brownsville, Texas, and graduated from Brownsville High School in 1969. He served his country in the Army branch of the military. Upon discharge from the military, he worked as a United States Postal employee for over 35 years, until he retired in 2009. Nick, as many knew him, truly lived life on his own terms. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He never met a stranger and his smile was magnetic. He was   always a strong believer in serving those in need. He is survived by his children: Dianne(Ernesto),Gus,Nick(Monica) and Angela and grandchildren: Lorenzo,Diego,Bella,Madeline,Daniel,Ethen and Evannia.
We are forever grateful for the blessing that he was in our lives and we know that he is at peace and now lives eternally with his lord and savior and his loved ones.
