Mr. Fred Allen Williams Harrell Jr.
Fred was born in Clarksdale Mississippi to Fred and Christine Harrell of Crenshaw MS. Fred went to Crenshaw elementary and from there to Como middle and graduated from North Panola high school.
After high school he further his education at Rust College. He then went to Jackson State University where he received his Bachelors in elementary and early childhood education. He worked at CitiBank as a loan officer. He then went back to school at Texas Woman's University where he received his Masters. He was a former high school teacher at Charlotte North Carolina Mecklenburg School District. Three years later he moved back to Dallas where he was a present teacher at Grand Prairie ISD.
Fred(Pookie) loved traveling. He traveled to many different states. Pookie accepted Christ at an early age where he joined Holy Grove and later on he joined Mount Zion. When he moved out of Mississippi he joined Friendship Baptist Church of Irving Texas.
Fred was preceded in death by his grandfather Essie B. Williams and grandmother Dorothy Mae Williams, his grandfather Sam Harreell Sr. and his grandmother Lenora Lee Harrell.
Fred leaves his memories with his parents Fred and Christine Harrell of Crenshaw Mississippi, two brothers Cedrick and (Rocandis Johnson) of Senatobia MS, Charlie Funches of Tunica MS one sister Raven Harrell of Huntsville Alabama and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
