She was more than a name in the family line,
more than a voice that filled the room—
she was warmth wrapped in laughter,
a gentle strength that made hard days softer.
She carried love like it was second nature,
pouring it into every hug, every word,
every meal, every moment
that now echoes in the quiet.
There’s an emptiness where she used to be,
a silence that speaks her name in whispers,
but even in her absence,
she has not truly gone.
She lives in the way we love a little deeper,
in the stories we tell and retell,
in the pieces of her we carry unknowingly—
her smile in ours, her strength in our standing.
And though the tears fall like rain,
they water the memories she planted in us,
growing reminders that her life
was a gift that time cannot take back.
So we grieve…
but we also remember,
and in remembering,
we keep her forever.
